Andy, this was an awesome share. Thank you very much. Classic case of form than essence adaptation, but what I liked particularly was how Refinery29 emerged from the learning into three verticals of Growth, Revenue and Creator. In a way I see parallels to Organizational Ambidexterity, where the thinking is that it’s best to organizing today and tomorrow stuff (current performance exploitation, future opportunity exploration) as separate streams of efforts, and if organizationally permissible, teams. And again, instead of today and tomorrow, you guys streamed as Growth, Revenue and Creator — ingenious and original!
