😌 Why They Matter

Understanding the biology and wiring of our brains and nervous systems helps us understand why we experience moods and emotions, and develop strategies to gain better control over them. Strategies, such as regulating stress responses and building healthier habits, help build resilience, and improve mental health and overall functioning.
